 Langkah 1: Urutan dari bawah dagu hingga ke rahang pipi dengan menggunakan dua ibu jari tangan 

STEP 1:

  1. Start the massage from under the chin upwards to the jaw of the cheeks using your thumbs
  2. Do it  slowly. Make sure to put some pressure on the face when you’re doing it.
  3. You can repeat this technique for 10 to 15 times.

 

Langkah 4: Urut dengan tekanan sederhana mulai di dari tepi hidung hingga ke bahagian sisi telinga. 

STEP 2:

  1. Then, massage with moderate pressure from the edge of the nose to the side of the ear.

  2.  Do it only in one direction, namely upwards.


Langkah 3: Urut bahagian bawah mata hingga ke tepi mata secara lembut kerana kulit di sekitar kawasan itu nipis.

STEP 3:

  1. Next, gently massage the lower part of the eye to the edge of the eye as the skin around it is thin.
  1. Perform sequences according to the shape of the facial muscles that are around.

 

Langkah 4: Urutan di bahagian T-Zone.  Mulai daripada batang hidung di tengah, tekan sedikit jari & terus urut ke atas dahi perlahan-lahan

STEP 4:

  1. Perform a sequence in the T-Zone section.
  2. Start from the middle of your nose, give some pressure to your finger & slowly continue massage over the forehead.
  3. Perform this sequence process 10 to 15 times.
