LORRAINE CUSTOMER POLICY

WEBSITE PURCHASE:

NO REFUND will be entertained and only exchange policy is accepted.
Return & Exchange VALID within 7 days of receiving the item(s) ordered from Lorraine Official Website (https://lorraine.com.my/)

Example: If you received the item(s) on 1st May, please return the item(s) by shipping it to our official address by 7th May to entitle for exchange policy.
If exceeded 7 days, kindly contact us at lorrainehqtower@gmail.com for further assistance.

Damaged item, wrong product, wrong color entitled for EXCHANGE POLICY with these terms:

● Item(s) can be returned for exchange, provided the item(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging and default parcel. (Within 7 days)
● For exchanges to item(s) of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given.
● For exchanges to item(s) of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference
● Item(s) sold at mark down prices due to defect cannot be returned.
● Only item(s) purchased ordered from Lorraine Official Website (https://lorraine.com.my/) can be exchanged or returned.

Lorraine Sdn Bhd reserves the right for final decision & have the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

POLISI PELANGGAN LORRAINE 

PEMBELIAN ATAS TALIAN DI LAMAN WEB:

TIADA PEMULANGAN WANG & hanya polisi penukaran sahaja dibenarkan.
Penukaran barangan SAH dalam tempoh 7 hari selepas penerimaan barangan yang dibeli di laman web rasmi Lorraine (https://lorraine.com.my/)

Contoh: Anda menerima barangan pada 1 Mei, sila pulangkan barangan tersebut dengan mengeposkan semula ke alamat rasmi sebelum 7 Mei bagi sah penerimaan polisi penukaran.

Jika sudah melebihi 7 hari, pelanggan perlu hubungi Lorraine di lorrainehqtower@gmail.com untuk maklumat lanjut.

Barangan yang salah, pecah atau rosak sah untuk POLISI PENUKARAN berdasarkan syarat berikut:

● Barangan yang dipulangkan untuk penukaran mestilah dalam keadaan kondisi asal dalam pembungkusan asal. (tidak melebihi tempoh 7 hari penerimaan barang)
● Penukaran barangan mestilah dalam sama nilai atau kurang (sekiranya kurang, wang tidak dikembalikan)
● Penukaran barangan kepada barangan nilai yang lebih tinggi memerlukan pelanggan untuk membayar lebihan wang.
● Barangan yang dijual dengan harga murah disebabkan kondisi barangan mengalami kecacatan TIDAK SAH untuk polisi penukaran.
● Hanya barangan yang di beli di laman web rasmi Lorraine (https://lorraine.com.my/) sahaja boleh dapat POLISI PENUKARAN

Pihak Lorraine Sdn Bhd berhak untuk membuat keputusan terakhir & berhak untuk menukar polisi ini bila-bila masa tanpa notis.
