DUE TO HYGIENE CONCERNS, ALL GOODS SOLD ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE
Kindly check, and test & you are fully satisfied with the condition of all your item(s) before payment.

NO REFUND will be entertained and only exchange policy is accepted. Return & Exchange VALID within 7 days of receiving the item(s) ordered from Lorraine’s Official website (https://lorraine.com.my/)


Example: If you received the item(s) on 1st May, please return the item(s) by shipping it to our official address by 7th May to entitle for exchange policy.

Damaged item, wrong product, wrong colour entitled for EXCHANGE POLICY with these terms:

● Item(s) can be returned for exchange, provided the item(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging and default parcel. (Within 7 days)
● For exchanges to item(s) of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given.
● For exchanges to item(s) of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference
● Item(s) sold at mark-down prices due to defects cannot be returned.
● Only item(s) purchased ordered from Lorraine’s Official website (https://lorraine.com.my/) can be exchanged or returned.
